At Hydrofoil Shop, we want to ensure you have the perfect setup for your next session on the water. If you are not completely satisfied with your gear, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Gear

  Carefully pack your hydrofoil components in their original protective packaging to ensure no damage occurs during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the equipment is in new condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement gear within 3-5 business days.
