Experience Foil Drive – MAX & Fusion Demonstrations
45 minutes
Discover how Foil Drive MAX and Fusion systems can transform your foiling sessions. Whether you're wing foiling, downwinding or progressing your riding, Foil Drive gives you the power to ride more often, ride longer and unlock new possibilities on the water.
Ride in Lighter Wind
Foil Drive is ideal for wing foiling in marginal conditions. When there isn’t quite enough wind to lift your board onto foil, Foil Drive provides the boost you need.
Using the wireless hand held controller, apply power to get up on foil quickly, then continue riding normally once you're flying. It’s the perfect solution for light wind days that would otherwise keep you on the beach.
Unlock Longer Downwind Runs
Downwind riders love the ability to motor further offshore or upwind to line up longer runs.
With Foil Drive you can:
✔ Reach better starting positions
✔ Link multiple swell sections
✔ Ride smaller, faster foil wings
✔ Stay on the water longer
It also provides reassurance knowing you have powered assistance if conditions change.
Ride More Often
Foil Drive dramatically increases your time on the water. With the MAX and Fusion systems, you can foil in lighter wind, smaller swell and marginal conditions that would normally make foiling difficult.
Think of Foil Drive as the “easy button” for foiling — helping you get onto foil faster and spend more time riding.

IMPORTANT – Please Read
A Foil Drive prop guard is fitted for demonstration purposes, however powered foil equipment still carries risks.
These risks may include cuts, lacerations and serious injury if contact is made with the propeller when falling from the board.
By booking this demonstration you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Foil Drive Propeller Guard
The Foil Drive system uses an exposed, unshrouded propeller. As with any powered watercraft propulsion system, contact with the propeller may result in serious injury even death.
An optional propeller guard is available and is designed to provide an additional level of protection by reducing the likelihood of direct contact with the propeller. However, the propeller guard may increase drag and alter the performance characteristics of the equipment.
For instructional sessions, the use of the propeller guard is recommended.
Participants should be aware that choosing to operate the Foil Drive without the propeller guard may increase the risk of injury to themselves or others in the event of contact with the propeller.
The decision whether to use the propeller guard ultimately rests with the participant. By choosing to operate the Foil Drive without the propeller guard fitted, the participant acknowledges that they understand the additional risks associated with an exposed propeller and voluntarily accept those risks.
